These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the World of Bongs Affiliate Program. By applying to and participating in the program, affiliates agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
World of Bongs reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links.
- Standard commission begins at 7% per completed order
- Commission rates may vary based on:
- Traffic source
- Performance
- Product category
- Promotional strategy
- Traffic source
World of Bongs reserves the right to adjust commission structures at any time, including for individual affiliates.
Custom commission agreements may be offered to selected partners.
3. Qualifying Sales
A qualifying sale is defined as:
- A completed order placed through a valid affiliate tracking link
- Successfully paid and not refunded, canceled, or charged back
The following do not qualify for commission:
- Refunded or canceled orders
- Fraudulent transactions
- Self-referrals (placing orders through your own link)
- Orders using unauthorized or manipulated tracking methods
- Payments are issued monthly
- Commissions are paid within 10 days after the end of each month
- Minimum payout threshold: $100
- Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer
World of Bongs reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
5. Discount Codes & Promotions
Affiliates may only use:
- Discount codes provided or approved by World of Bongs
- Public promotions officially communicated by the company
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Promoting fake, expired, or misleading discount codes
- Misrepresenting discounts or offers
- Combining (stacking) discounts in a way that is not intended by World of Bongs
World of Bongs reserves the right to adjust commissions or void transactions where discount misuse occurs.
6. Traffic & Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must use ethical and compliant marketing practices.
The following are not allowed:
- Spam (email, comments, forums, or messaging platforms)
- Misleading or deceptive advertising
- Brand bidding on search engines (e.g., bidding on “World of Bongs” or variations) without approval
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, branding, or impersonation
- Adult, illegal, or offensive content in association with the brand
Paid traffic, email marketing, and other promotional strategies must be disclosed upon request.
7. Coupon & Deal Sites
Affiliates operating coupon, deal, or cashback platforms:
- Must use only authorized codes
- May be subject to custom commission structures
- Must not intercept traffic unfairly (e.g., forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or last-click hijacking)
World of Bongs reserves the right to limit or adjust commissions for coupon-based traffic.
8. Attribution & Tracking
- Affiliate tracking is based on a last-click attribution model unless otherwise agreed
- Cookie duration is 30 days
- World of Bongs is not responsible for tracking issues caused by:
- Browser settings
- Ad blockers
- Technical conflicts outside of its control
- Browser settings
Affiliates are responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accurately representing the brand and its products
- Maintaining transparency with their audience (including disclosure where required)
World of Bongs reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
- Remove access to the program without prior notice in case of violations
Upon termination:
- Any unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations are identified
World of Bongs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where applicable. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify‘s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
